There are two key services.
#1 Business Strategy – My coaching relationships start with a single strategy session designed to stress test the assumptions that underpin your business. This session is ideal for self-employed entrepreneurs and managing directors of established businesses.
#2 Business Development Training – Increasing revenues and profits are very important for business growth and to get the desired lifestyle outcomes from your business. The training programme covers topics like branding, marketing, lead generation and sales, product ecosystem and pricing strategy.
Strategy sessions are conducted online on Zoom, or half and full day in-house strategy days.
